Ava Pakiam is a now-15-year-old prodigal violinist and Strumenti artist since 2023. Through this partnership, she now performs on the 1871 J.B. Vuillaume violin. Crafted by the legendary French luthier Jean Baptiste Vuillaume, the instrument is celebrated for its rich tonal quality and historic pedigree.
Since discovering her perfect musical match, Ava’s career has soared. Over the past year, she has been featured as a soloist with the Stockton Symphony, Orquesta Sinfónica de Tegucigalpa, the Olympia Symphony, the Washington Sinfonietta, and the Prometheus Symphony, captivating audiences with her expressive playing and technical brilliance.
Recital highlights from the past season include performances at Strathmore Hall, The Bowes Center, Hood College, and special benefit concerts for Yellow Boomerang. Ava also made her New York City recital debut as part of the prestigious Salon de Virtuosi Series—marking an exciting milestone in her career.
Ava’s next performances include Tchaikovsky on tour as soloist in Mexico with the Filarmonía and Maestro Jorge Vasquez. Ava will complete the 9th grade this spring, and looks forward to performing and travelling more each year as opportunities blossom.
