Strumenti provides patron-investors with opportunities to invest in shares of fine violins, violas and cellos, giving promising musicians access to the instruments of their dreams. Patron-investors “crowdfund” the purchase of the instruments, with the assurance that they will be performed by promising musicians, and not tucked away unused in a private collection or museum. We focus on artists who otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford the exceptional instruments they need for their career development. Patron-investors and the general public will have opportunities to hear these artists and instruments in performance.

• Strumenti.com is the first and only online site for investing in shares of fine and rare stringed instruments.

• By taking advantage of “crowdfunding” structures first signed into law by President Obama in 2012, Strumenti.com aims to widen access to stringed instruments as an investment.
